Job Summary Product Owner, Financing & Securities Services Digital Assets Transformation & Group Operations WEST role is a pivotal within our organization, responsible for managing and expanding our digital asset custody services in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This role involves ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and strategic growth in a rapidly evolving digital asset landscape. Key Responsibilities Strategy
Formulate the vision that will take the Bank's current Digital Asset (DA) custody offering into its next iteration of services.
Influence wider Business stakeholders on the vision that will build the 'moat' for the Bank's future success and profitability.
Collaborate closely with Technology to foresee opportunities and overcome hurdles prior to implementation with the goal of Getting it right the first time.
Identify opportunities that connect services demanded from Institutional clients to the Bank's current and upcoming service offering.
Business
Corroborate with stakeholders to achieve client acquisition targets.
Communicate successes and challenges throughout the lifecycle of projects to stakeholders.
Processes
Curate and implement the next operating model for wallet and token operations.
Develop the operating model for Decentralized Finance (DeFi) operations.
Lead relevant data engineering initiatives and solutions
Rollout AI/ML capabilities for improved governance and monitoring of Digital Asset operational processes such as screening, travel rules.

Crypto-native understanding of the Digital Asset (DA) space, preferrable.

Very good understanding of change management and project management.
Keeping project team well informed of the design and execution dependencies within the programme and outside the programme.
Identify, analyse, prepare risk mitigation tactics and manage anticipated resistances.
