Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic ERP Product Owner to lead the vision, development, and continuous improvement of our ERP systems. In this role, you will define product strategy, manage the product backlog, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ERP solutions that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate has a strong background in ERP implementation, customization, and agile product development, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with major ERP platforms and domain knowledge in sectors like Mobility, Edutech, or Logistics is a plus.
Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ERP systems in alignment with organizational goals.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring requirements are clear, actionable, and deliver value to the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business leaders, product managers, developers, QA teams, and external vendors to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee the development, customization, and optimization of ERP modules (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, etc.).
• Conduct requirements gathering and gap analysis to translate business needs into ERP functionalities.
• Partner with change management teams to ensure smooth user adoption and training for ERP rollouts and upgrades.
• Serve as the voice of the business in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Continuously monitor ERP performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovation.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices, governance standards, and data security requirements.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and delivery outcomes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-6 years of Product Owner experience with proven focus on ERP systems.
• Strong experience in ERP implementation, customization, and management.
• Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience in agile product development.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Odoo, NetSuite, or similar.
• Knowledge of data analysis, business intelligence tools, and reporting systems.
• Domain knowledge in Mobility/Transportation, Edutech, logistics, or services industries.
• Experience integrating ERP systems with CRM, HRMS, or third-party applications.
