Experience with major ERP platforms and domain knowledge in sectors like Mobility, Edutech, or Logistics is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
+ Define and maintain the
product vision, strategy, and roadmap
for ERP systems in alignment with organizational goals.
+ Own and prioritize the
product backlog
, ensuring requirements are clear, actionable, and deliver value to the business.
+ Collaborate with
stakeholders, business leaders, product managers, developers, QA teams, and external vendors
to define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
+ Oversee the development, customization, and optimization of ERP
to translate business needs into ERP functionalities.
+ Partner with change management teams to ensure smooth
user adoption and training
for ERP rollouts and upgrades.
+ Serve as the
voice of the business
in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
+ Continuously monitor ERP performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive innovation.
+ Ensure compliance with industry best practices, governance standards, and data security requirements.
+ Act as a
bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

Required Qualifications & Skills
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

3-6 years of Product Owner experience
with proven focus on ERP systems.
+ Strong experience in
ERP implementation, customization, and management

+ Deep understanding of
Agile/Scrum methodologies
and experience in agile product development.
+ Ability to translate complex business requirements into
technical specifications and user stories

+ Excellent
stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills

Preferred Skills
+ Hands-on experience with major ERP platforms:
