Key Responsibilities:
- Understand your product(s) from functional and technical standpoint \xe2\x80\x93 digital, technology, SDLC background.
- Collaborate with business, engineering, and testing teams, and guide them to ensure all the parties are aligned on and have a solid understanding of the product(s) requirements and priorities.
- With a solution driver mindset, review complex problems arising around the products.
- Support the Project Manager in the project plan definition and fulfilment for your product(s)
- Conduct business requirement discussions with the client and bridge the gap between technology and business (i.e. understand technical capabilities, limitations and issues and communicate effectively with business teams)
- Upskill existing team on product mindset and way of working.
- Ensure industry and technology best practices are followed for product implementation.
- Previous experience of working as a Product Owner for complex digital solutions (e.g., application development, process automation, etc.)
- Understanding of SDLC is a must
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to conduct workshops and training, present and communicate to senior leadership
- Ability to work under pressure and manage difficult stakeholders
- Arabic speaker is essential.
- Fluency in English is a big advantage
