Job Description

Our Challenge Working with the digital team as a Product Owner, you will be responsible for operational metrics for the production phase as well as ensuring timely operation of the production phase of use cases presented to you, according to predefined requirements. You will also coordinate production activities with IT, Ops, Business, Control Functions, and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the execution of business cases, and support in the strategic vision, budgets, and project initiation
• Compare the customer journey design against a detailed list of criteria (product features, control/approvals, business adoption, and change management requirements) to ensure it is ready for the production phase
• Support the business and technology management in the measurement of risks and resolution of issues that impact the production scope, schedule, and quality
• Create go-live checklists and coordinate all go-live activities to track completion, stakeholder contribution, owner contribution, and adherence to timelines
• Coordinate with other production managers (IT, Business, Ops and Control, HR) to manage inter-dependencies

Requirements You are:

• Experienced in digital project production and deployment, including typical banking gates and checks required to bring products to market
• Experienced in building digital roadmaps (with detailed initiatives) that mirror digital strategy and priorities
• Experienced in driving digital initiatives (for example customer/merchant journey redesign, digital migration, and digital channel enhancements)
• Experienced in engaging with design and technology teams to define requirements that are customer-centric
• Able to develop working relationships across all entities
• A strong leader with good communication skills
• Highly experienced in IT project delivery, including back-end development, system testing, user testing, and approvals required
