We are seeking a strong software Product Owner to work with our team in our Dubai office in order to deliver the best software solutions to our innovative and industry-leading products.
Responsibilities:
1. Collating business requirements from all departments for development team as the Product Owner 2. Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities to stakeholders and the development team throughout the project and create requirements 3. Plan and prioritise product feature backlog and development for the product 4. Assess value, develop cases, and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy 5. Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI, and elaboration of the user stories 6. Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities 7. Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals 8. Research and analyze the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product 9. Follow our competitors and the industry 10. Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
As an ideal candidate you will have/be:
1. Previous working experience as a Product Owner for 3-6 years 2. In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles 3. Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills 4. Excellent organisational and time management skills 5. Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills 6. Structured, calm, consistent personality with the ability to keep the project and the company management on a focused track 7. Can do attitude8. Someone who can build bridges and increase cooperation between teams
