Job Purpose: As a Product Owner specializing in Cards & Lending, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of the bank\xe2\x80\x99s cards and lending products. You will serve as the bridge between stakeholders, development teams, and end-users, ensuring that the products meet business objectives, market demands, and user needs. Your role will involve defining product features, prioritizing backlog items, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities Product Strategy Development Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine their product vision, strategy, and roadmap for card and lending products. Conduct market research, and competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Backlog Management Create and maintain the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, technical feasibility, and user feedback. Work closely with the development teams to ensure alignment with sprint goals and the overall product vision.
Requirement Elicitation and Documentation Gather and document detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for cards and lending products. Ensure clear communication of the requirements to the development teams and the stakeholders.
Feature Development Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and QA to deliver high-quality features and enhancements for cards and lending products. Proven guidance and clarification throughout the development lifecycle.
Stakeholder Management Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing their concerns, gathering feedback, and managing expectations. Regularly communicate product updates, milestones, and roadmap changes to stakeholders.
Product Testing and Validation Collaborate with QA teams to define test plans, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and validate product features to ensure they meet quality standards and user expectations.
Release Management Coordinate release activities and timelines, ensuring smooth deployment of new features and enhancements for cards and lending products. Identify areas for improvement and optimization to enhance product value and drive business growth.
Product Performance Analysis Analyze key metrics, user feedback, and market trends to assess the performance of cards and lending products. Identify areas for improvements and optimization to enhance the product value and drive business growth.
Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner is a plus.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or in a Product Management role.
• 7+ years of experience in the Banking Industry.
• International Banking experience is a plus.
• Proven track record in Product Management, including strategy development, roadmap planning, and agile methodologies.
