Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, you will be accelerating the functional and leadership competencies and skills for onward progression. Providing excellent learning opportunities such as leadership and mentoring programs, technical and product training, industry site experience and training with leading-edge technologies. You will be joining a dynamic and challenging environment, where you will obtain an understanding of company activities and be exposed to Hitachi Energy’s top management. Your responsibilities

• Tendering & Preparing quotations: Ensuring full preparation of technical and commercial offers for participation in all related tenders for all allocated markets for DTR and dry transformers. Preparing quotation for opportunities received from the sales team or directly if applicable in allocated markets. Preparing cost sheet upon receiving material quantities from engineering and updated material cost from supply management.
• Clients relationship Follow up: Closing follow up with clients and local sales on offers. Supervising on order management until customer delivery is met. Ensuring customer satisfaction. Handling for customer complaints.
• Communication with other departments: Communicating with technical, quality and operation departments to prepare a complete proposal for tenders and quotations. Following up with the factory execution to ensure right success of delivery. Being vocal points for Export Business with other Hitachi Energy premises all over continent countries.
• Sales targets: Awareness and achievement of company targets in operational EBIT, Orders received, Healthy FC, Steady business intake, Gatekeeper for the OR in alignment with the backlog.
• Market coverage: Attending product seminars and preparing marketing activities. Preparing a market analysis and overview for the whole allocated markets. Having a sense or price analysis and profitability trend.
• Safety and integrity: Living Hitachi Energy core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

• A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 0 to 2 years of experience.
• Proficient level of written and spoken English communication, French is a plus.
