Skill: Product Manager

Experience : 15+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in defining product requirements and writing clear and concise user stories.


Collaborate with designers and engineers to execute the product roadmap.


Conduct market research, user interviews, and competitive analysis.


Support the team in tracking product metrics and analyzing user behavior to inform decisions.


Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.


Help prioritize the product backlog based on data, user feedback, and business goals.


Communicate updates, progress, and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Design, or a related field.


Hands on experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Excellent communication and collaboration skills.


Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.


Passion for technology, user experience, and product development.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, or analytics platforms (e.g., GA, Mixpanel).


Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies.


Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles or software development.
