- Managing product development:
- Ideating product enhancements
- Gathering business requirements
- Managing deployment and development teams
- Managing development backlog
- Managing development budget
- Communicating product enhancements and backlog to product sponsors
- Business Development (BD)
- Managing project deployment pipeline
- Designing custom demonstration
- BD content development
- Participating in client presentations
- Tracking PACT bookings, billings and ROI
- Community development and Training
- Set up and interaction with user communities - internal (Partners/Principals) and external (CHRO)
- Managing community training
- Facilitating project team training
- Marketing activities
- Designing and building marketing collateral - Product brand messaging, website management, videos
The Successful Applicant
7+ years of experience in product development, product management, IT consulting, HRIS products, product licensing, product pricing, product marketing and executive communication
