Role Summary

We are seeking a highly driven

Product Manager

to own the end-to-end lifecycle of software products, from ideation and strategy to execution and continuous improvement. The role requires strong business acumen, technical understanding, and the ability to align cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Define, communicate, and maintain the

product vision, strategy, and roadmap

Align product initiatives with overall business and digital transformation goals Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery Identify new product opportunities and validate business cases Act as the primary interface between

business, technology, and leadership

Collaborate with sales, presales, marketing, and delivery teams to support go-to-market activities Present product strategies, roadmaps, and performance updates to senior management Translate business needs into clear product requirements Work closely with

Product Owners, UX/UI, and Engineering teams

in Agile environments Prioritize features and initiatives based on value, risk, and effort Ensure timely delivery while managing scope, dependencies, and trade-offs Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data Define and track

product KPIs and success metrics

Continuously optimize product performance, usability, and adoption

Requirements

5-8+ years of experience in

Product Management

within the software or technology industry Proven experience managing

enterprise or B2B software products

Strong understanding of

Agile / Scrum methodologies

Solid knowledge of the

software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills APIs and system integrations Cloud-based architectures Modern software platforms Experience with digital transformation solutions (e.g., BPM, CRM, ERP, workflow systems) is a strong plus. Experience in

SaaS or platform-based products

Exposure to presales activities and client-facing engagements * Certifications in Product Management, Agile, or Scrum
