As the Product Manager for the Tenant Program, you will be responsible for the strategy, development and growth of a curated portfolio of partner-powered services including Car Rentals, Home Cleaning, Laundry and more within the Careem Everything App. Your mission is to deliver a seamless experience that allows users to discover and consume these services while enabling partner success and scalability. This role requires strong technical acumen, a deep understanding of product-led growth and an ability to operate at the intersection of technology, marketing and data.

Key Responsibilities

Define the product strategy by owning the vision and roadmap for the Tenant Program in alignment with Careem's broader Everything App goals Drive end-to-end launch and continuous improvement of new tech-enabled services in collaboration with external partners Develop robust APIs and scalable onboarding workflows for fast and efficient partner integration Use customer insights, competitor analysis and partner feedback to inform feature prioritization and development Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to integrate services into Careem's marketing technology stack including CDPs and campaign managers Define KPIs, build experimentation frameworks (such as A/B testing) and maintain dashboards to support data-driven decision-making Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics and Operations teams to deliver high-quality product experiences Ensure partner-powered services meet Careem's standards for reliability, usability and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field (an MBA is a plus) 4 to 7 years of product management experience, ideally within marketplace, platform or super app environments Proven experience in launching and scaling technology-heavy B2C or B2B2C products Experience with APIs, third-party integrations or partner service platforms Understanding of marketing technologies such as CDPs, engagement tools and segmentation platforms Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Amplitude or Mixpanel and familiarity with experimentation methodologies Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills A user-first mindset with a bias for action and experimentation Familiarity with modern software concepts including API design, SDKs, server-driven UI, automated QA, monitoring and alerting
