Company : Enhance Fitness Job Title : Product Manager - SaaS solution Job summary: We are seeking a collaborative Product Manager to oversee the creation and development of new Saas product and usable experiences, and in addition, improve existing products. Moreover, the Product Manager will be responsible for conducting market research, developing prototypes, collaborating with designers and all other ad hoc tasks. Location : Dubai Language : English - Written and Spoken (Portuguese / Spanish are a plus) Education and Experience : Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Experience Competencies: Minimum 3 years of experience, preferable in Saas Projects Experience building a product roadmap and working with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver measurable impact Analytical experience in defining and driving KPIs, product success metrics Strong verbal communication and presentation skills to communicate ideas and strategic initiatives Deep attention to detail; desire to collaborate on new processes for efficiency Ability to effectively collaborate with and guide designers and developers Capture detailed requirements, translating business requirements into easy-to-use features Effective and detailed story writing Unafraid of voicing opinion and advocating for various stakeholders Experience in agile development and managing / grooming a backlog Essential Job Functions : We have a can-do culture and attitude and we are looking for like-minded people who are committed, caring and passionate. Work with engineering to scope product delivery and understand development alternatives Monitor progress of the product through the product development life cycle, identifying risks and opportunities, keeping senior management informed Support our sales and demo team by communicating value add and strategic approaches to selling the product Manage external manufacturing and vendor relationships Document/create/maintain automation tests, performance tests, procedures, records, and data.
