As a Product Manager of QUBE, you will be responsible for managing the software development life cycle, enhancing the product and its efficiency by overseeing the development of the user driven required features, interfaces with client applications, administration, reporting and dashboards and the creation, testing and deployment of business requirements as well as end user support and management of service level agreements.

The role requires a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. A Product Manager should define the product scope and features based on deep understanding of the target audience needs, and find innovative solutions for existing and new market segments. The Product Manager will stay on top of current trends and develop long term plans for the success of the product line.

The Product Manager will also serve as the internal and external subject matter expert for product offerings, working with the sales team and key clients.

About QUBE - it is a comprehensive Medical Practice Management solution combining innovation with advanced technology, process control and automation to manage end-to-end operations of a medical practice, including the capture patient demographics, appointments scheduling, setup and manage insurance contracts/agreed prices, perform Revenue Cycle functions and billing tasks, and generate reports while ensuring best practice, optimal operational cost and maintain revenue integrity.

The QUBE Product Manager is will be responsible for the whole product lifecycle and his duties encompasses:

• Gathering the product requirements.
• Conducting the requirements analysis.
• Defining the product scope.
• Working with team to select the right architecture and frameworks.
• Overseeing the product development.
• Overseeing the product testing.
• Managing the product releases.
• Presenting the product to both internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in software development of Health Information Systems (HIS) / Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Experience in developing solutions for the healthcare domain as a clinical or business analyst or product owner is a must.
• Previous experience leading on HIS implementation projects is a must.
• Working knowledge of best practice under HIMSS, HIPPA and JCI standards for EMR
• Comprehensive knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Advanced User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) knowledge highly desirable.
• Familiarity with cloud solutions and Software as a Service (SaaS), technologies and platforms highly desirable. Knowledge of modern web development frameworks such as Angular and React.
• Deep understanding of databases and cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success defining, launching, and maintaining software products.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate keen attention to details
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary.
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder communication.
• Project management skills are essential.
