Job Description

To assist in developing product strategy and subsequently coordinating and executing the operations of Personal Finance product management function to ensure the Al Islami Personal Finance business will achieve its strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure execution and monitor results of product strategy to ensure comprehensive achievement of Personal Finance strategic goals
• Coordinate delivery, and monitor achievement of the product profitability targets
• Organize seamless execution of new product propositions, processes, and systems
• Maintain record thereof of customer transaction documents by Fatwa & Sharia Supervisory Board (FSSB) and Legal Department to ensure compliance with Sharia and legal guidelines.
• Assist in identifying and implementing revenue generation and cost reduction opportunities to enhance product profitability
• Ensure effective execution of process, system, TAT, and documentation improvement opportunities to strengthen the product proposition
• Coordinate with sales, operations, credit, IT, BPA, Shariah, legal, audit and collections to achieve Product sales, profitability, and positioning objectives
• Ensure timely and effective roll out of marketing communications and promotions to both counter and leverage implications of acquisition seasonality and competitor initiatives
• Coordinate the resolution of process breakdown and policy interpretation related customer issues across all functions to ensure delivery of a seamless product proposition to customers
• Strengthen existing business relationships with vendors to ensure delivery of consistently high levels of service to customers
• Monitor competitor activity and assist in implementing effective actions to counter them to ensure achievement of Personal Finance strategic goals
• Recognize business opportunities or problems, recommend respective action plan, and effectively implement it to ensure achievement of Personal Finance strategic goals

Competencies/Skills
Education:
Minimum Bachelors degree.
MBA will be plus
Experience:
Professional of retail banking and products, consumer behavior, marketing and product development practices with Minimum 4-6 years of work experience
