What You'll be Doing
Our Product Manager will be responsible for defining, delivering and nurturing digital commerce features. He/she will have in-depth product knowledge, understanding of systems data flows, and passion for optimal user experience and interface.
Key Responsibilities

• Work with designers, engineers, data scientists, and user researchers to analyze patterns and trends and identify core problems and solutions throughout the product
• Drive product backlog, write user stories and conduct grooming sessions with the team
• Challenge the status quo of the current solutions and drive resolution through collaboration, influence and innovation
• Coordinate the day-to-day prioritization with the development team and stakeholders to push forward the most important features in the simplest version
• Define key business and product success metrics, tracking them, and improving upon them in order to form data-driven opinions
• Manage the roll-out and implementation, making sure that the developed technology has the impact desired
• Technical writing, documentation and train cross on new product enablement
• Manage expectations of users and stakeholders, as well as communicating with your customers to guarantee that solutions are fit-for-purpose

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Experience gathering and documenting requirements.
• Full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies.
• Functional experience in relevant eCommerce or Mobile products.
• Experience eliciting high-level business requirements and creating detailed functional specs, as well as other documentation like requirement traceability matrices, workflow diagrams, and use cases.
• Ability to lead team and client meetings and clearly articulate the solution being developed with all stakeholders.
• Experience in a consulting environment with a demonstrated track record of continued responsibility, creativity, and innovation.
