As a PM II in the Customer Experience team, you will be responsible to execute on the vision and strategy for Careem's everything app experience, impacting how users see Careem on a day to day basis. This involves building products to improve customer activation and deepening engagement on the platform, while also facilitating growth of the platform. This role will involve rapid experimentation to identify the right recommendations and experiences for Careem's customers, and build the most engaging journey, while also keeping the business objectives in mind.
This role requires a blend of customer first thinking, technical acumen, distinctive communication and collaboration; as well as willingness to dive deep into the details to facilitate seamless execution. Working across all areas of the company, you will serve as an internal between engineering, design, operations and research.
