Product Manager – Digital Skills (arabic Speakers)
Job Description
The role holder is responsible for driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of digital learning products aimed at enhancing the digital capabilities of Dubai's workforce and citizens. Those products include digital skills platforms, competency frameworks, and training programs, that aim to upskill workforce in Dubai. This involves developing overarching product strategies and roadmaps and managing product lifecycles from both the business and technical standpoints. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of product management expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for digital transformation and lifelong learning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
Professional Certifications
Professional certification in Project Management such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Prince 2, Six Sigma or equivalent preferred
Years of Experience
8 - 10 years of relevant experience in product lifecycle / project management
Nature of Experience
4 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
Job Specific Skills
Strong product lifecycle management skills Strong User Experience and product contextualization exposure
Business Language Skills
Fluent written and spoken English essential, Arabic preferred
Communication and Interaction Skills
