Synopsis
The purpose of the Product Manager - Projects role is to lead projects across all digital touchpoints and continuously optimize the digital customer experience across web and mobile platforms. The role focuses on driving increased adoption of digital channels while delivering product enhancements that improve revenue, conversion, and customer satisfaction.
As a key driver of the digital vision, the Product Manager - Projects collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements, and execute high-impact initiatives that enhance the digital ecosystem end to end.
Accountabilities
Own one or more projects within the digital ecosystem, shaping the projects roadmap and delivering seamless omni-channel experiences across web and mobile platforms in alignment with business objectives.
Identify and drive business growth opportunities by continuously optimizing digital products capabilities and developing compelling value propositions that accelerate digital adoption.
Develop clear business cases and value propositions for digital initiatives, partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize investments and product enhancements.
Define, track, and optimize conversion funnels using analytics such as drop-offs, session replays, and NPS, leveraging benchmarking to measure performance and inform data-driven improvements.
Identify friction points and improvement opportunities across end-to-end digital experiences through deep analysis of user behavior, interactions, and feedback to validate features and solutions.
Collaborate closely with UX and design teams to enhance usability, optimize feature presentation, and deliver intuitive, customer-centric digital experiences.
Education & Experience
5+ years' experience working in product management with strong analytical skills. * Bachelor's degree in Design (e.g. interaction, product, industrial, etc), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS) or a related field.
Deep expertise in eCommerce or airline digital ecosystems, including & not limited to booking, payments, loyalty, self-service, merchandising etc. * Experience working with agile methodologies in fast-paced consumer centric environment.
