Job Title: Product Manager - Construction

We are currently seeking a Product Manager with experience in the construction industry in the UAE. The ideal person, should have worked in an engineering consultancy office as a Project Manager or a similar role in the UAE. He/she should be very familiar with the entire process of construction in the UAE including the rules and regulations governing constructions of buildings and properties in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate real life construction processes and work flows into digital format for implementation on a digital platform
- Develop complete product specifications, functionality, design, work flows, and processes for each product / module.
- Work with the software development team to ensure the developed products matches the original specifications and functionality
- Test each of the product function and ensure it is bug free and work as intended. Suggest enhancements whenever required
- Develop and own the product monetization goals and monitor progress
- Suggest ideas for new products / modules that serves the construction industry
- Manage the product to ensure it is delivered in time and within budget
- Produce editorial content to be used in the platform
- Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited University
- Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in an engineering consultant office in the UAE with preference with those with experience in product development
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Complete familiarity and experience in the UAE construction field
- Advance skills in using Microsoft office products
