Job Description

The Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of product management across the Gulf Region. This includes internal and external technical specifications, product launches, training, and knowledge transfer. The role acts as a key liaison between the Gulf Region and the Geberit HQ Product Management team, contributing to marketing strategy through insights into pricing, value proposition, and distribution.
MAIN TASKS

• Technical Support & Development

Strengthen the technical capabilities of sales and specification teams to drive high-quality project specifications and promote Geberit products * Market Strategy & Analysis
Track market trends and competitor strategies to support strategic positioning and value-driven offerings * Product & Specification Leadership
Act as the Gulf Region's key contact for product and specification matters, guiding pricing, positioning, and internal expertise * Training & Knowledge Sharing
Deliver technical and sales training, develop materials, and ensure up-to-date product knowledge across internal and external stakeholders * Regional Coordination
Support country-specific assortment planning, liaise with Geberit HQ, and recommend product adaptations based on local regulations and needs
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION

• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design
• MBA or equivalent business qualification
• Strong engineering or Architectural background with economic insight
• Excellent English & Arabic communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Solid understanding of product marketing strategy and project management
• In-depth knowledge of the ceramics and sanitary ware market
• Strong presentation, problem-solving, and creative thinking abilities
• International experience is a plus
• 5+ years in a relevant role within the ceramics, sanitary ware, or related industry, preferably in the Gulf Region
