Responsibilities
Product Benchmark study and lead BU to plan the right product and compete in reasonable price.
Considering the product gap with competitors and local market insights, cooperate with BU and HQ to lead new product development and ensure the successful GTM.
Improve GM% by product mix.
Lead Hero products GTM in key countries like Saudi, Russia, Egypt, India etc.
Qualifications
At least 10 years of experience as a product manager in the home appliance industry, with a focus on refrigerator and washing machine products.
Proven track record of successfully managing product lines in international markets, especially in the Middle East, North Africa, Russia, and India.
In - depth understanding of the local markets in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Russia, including market dynamics, consumer behavior, and local business environment.
Prior experience in product development, product marketing, or sales related to home appliances is highly desirable.
Strong market analysis skills to identify opportunities and risks in the target markets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with local branches, headquarters, and various stakeholders.
