Job Responsibilities

• Drive own innovation product/s lifecycle activities by working closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with digital and other cross functional teams to understand existing product services & processes, identify potential improvements, and ensure delivery of identified changes
• Work with the operations ground teams to identify existing challenges and come up with mitigative initiatives and improvement projects
• Design and document optimized and customized processes for the integration, adoption and scaling of transformational products
• Coordinate with technology partners to plan for and ensure timely delivery of pilots, test runs, and demos
• Conduct deep dive analysis and report on operating, cost, and branding metrics for designated products. Continuously monitor adoption and work on increasing adoption especially during peaks
• Actively look to innovate and optimize by supporting the build of better software, the integration with internal systems, and the recommendation of using better software/hardware
• Conduct market research on emerging products for the logistics and transportation industry, potential new partners, and pitch findings internally

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in fast moving operations preferably in product management, consulting, e-commerce or logistics
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Management, Engineering or sciences
• Demonstrated analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills through previous roles or projects
• Strong interest in innovation and technology
• Excellent command in english
