Baker Hughes is seeking a Product Line Director \xe2\x80\x93 Fishing Services in Houston, TX
Partner with the best
As a Product Line Director, you will be responsible for:
- Establishing a Global vision, strategy and execution plans to support and grow the Fishing Services business
- Being accountable for overall Fishing Services revenue and profitability.
- Leading engineering, supply chain and operations to develop and commercialize products and services to maintain and grow the business
- Establishing a deep understanding of business and market drivers to identify keys areas for business and technology investments
- Working with other product lines and business units to establish unique market solutions.
- Managing product life cycle, product cost competitiveness, and rationalization.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree required
- Minimum of 12 years of Oilfield Services Industry experience with 8 years of Completions & Well Intervention business
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to create a highly motivated team
- Must have a deep technical and business understanding of Fishing Services portfolio
- Demonstrates strong financial acumen and the ability to manage a Profit and Loss (P&L)
- Previous International experience
- Previous experience managing P&L
- Previous experience managing a team of employees
