Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive product testing, thoroughly documenting test results and reporting issues
Identify and analyze user experience problems, offering optimization suggestions
Collaborate with product and development teams to drive resolution and enhance user experience
Analyze user behavior data and propose product improvement plans
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3+ years of experience in product or product operations
Familiar with the digital currency industry and the product features of major exchanges
Strong observation skills and attention to detail, capable of independently completing testing tasks
Experience in payment companies is a plus
Language: Proficient in English; additional languages such as Chinese or Spanish are a plus
