Job Responsibilities:

Summary:

Ensure technical feasibility of the product in collaboration with process and industrialization teams.


Ensure Data creation on the system (Routings, Versions, Cutting Data...).


Represent the product team in customer and internal project meetings.


Support series life by managing product changes and continuous improvements.


Define and manage the product validation plan (PVP).


Manage customer approvals, deviations, and validation reports.


Support production by analyzing and solving product issues (appearance, seams, material defects).


Manage product change requests and validation of modifications.


Update technical documentation.


Coordinate with process, quality, and purchasing teams for component or supplier changes.


Take different duties and responsibilities given by the manager when necessary in the department or organization, participate in projects, make suggestions or produce solutions.

Required Profile:

Deep understanding of automotive testing and validation standards.


Solid understanding of seat cover construction and sewing constraints.


Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.


Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.


Ability to work cross-functionally with production, maintenance, and quality teams.


Familiarity with automotive standards (IATF 16949, PPAP, DFMEA)


Engineer or Bac +5 profile with solid experience in automotive industry (COVER SEWING & CUTTING)


2 years min in a similar position.
