A large furniture company based in Sharjah is looking for a Product Designer - IMOS (Interior Design and Manufacturing Operating System).
In this role, you will:
- Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing purposes.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate translation of design concepts into feasible production plans.
- Stay updated on the latest features and capabilities of IMOS to optimize design processes.
- Research and recommend suitable materials, finishes, and production techniques based on design requirements and production capabilities.
- Ensure the chosen materials align with industry standards and cost-effectiveness.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of design and ensure adherence to specifications during the manufacturing process.

Requirements
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or any related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in furniture design or joinery industry with a good understanding of design, detailing and production techniques.
- Knowledge in furniture products.
- Expertise in CAD software; IMOS, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software
- Candidate to be based in Sharjah
