Job Details
A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a similar field
3+ years of experience in product design, preferably with experience in designing and launching consumer-facing digital products
In-depth knowledge of typography, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design
Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in design, and ability to integrate them into your work
Proficient in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and interactive prototyping tools
Ability to work with and evolve existing design systems
Strong storytelling and presentation skills to clearly articulate problem and solution spaces
Proficiency in developing distinct conceptual design directions during the ideation process and articulating their unique advantages and disadvantages
Strong passion for design and a relentless work ethic
Openness to feedback and an eagerness to learn and improve
Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders
Problem-solving mindset and ability to think holistically
Proactive, self-directed, and capable of managing and prioritising multiple projects simultaneously
