We are hiring a Product Designer to join our Product team.

What you will do:

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and user-friendly digital products that deliver exceptional experiences to our customers

You will support our mission of enabling a new wave of financial services through our products. This role will be centred around innovation, quality and continuous improvement of our products ensuring they meet the user needs, delight the customer, and satisfy Company objectives and measurable outcomes. You\'ll be the subject matter expert steering the overall approach to the product design discipline at TG. You\'ll ensure high quality in design artefacts, experience, standards, and processes. You\'ll continuously look to innovate and improve upon the customer experience.

What you will be working on:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the product from strategy, definition to execution, validation, and future iterations
• Empathizing with the user and being an advocate for user experience
• Impacting the business through design.
• Solving problems with pragmatic yet elegant solutions - you know how to strive for simplicity without compromising the more complex use cases
• Working closely with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented and delivered on time.
• Participating in design reviews and provide feedback to other designers to maintain a high level of quality.
• Shaping the culture and growing the team through recruiting, mentorship, and establishing best practices

For this role you will need:

• A keen eye for design and be able to create visually appealing product designs that are both functional and user-friendly.
• Fluent in using tools like Figma or Sketch
• Ability to take ownership of projects from ideation to launch, and who is comfortable iterating based on feedback.
• Strong communication skills and be able to articulate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
• You stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• You are highly creative and able to think outside the box when it comes to solving complex design challenges.
• You have a portfolio showcasing their ability to deliver high-quality, innovative designs.
• Passion for high quality UI and visual design, and excellent attention to detail.
• Strong sense of data visualization to convey key metrics and create a data-oriented narrative
• (Bonus) Experience working for B2B Products or dashboards
