Job Description
Product Designer We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join a fast growing fintech to create the best flows on the web and app, offering seamless and personalized experiences to our internal and external customers. As a designer, you will ensure our products and features are valuable for people, easy to use, and of the highest level of craft and execution. You will be expected to utilize your full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills. Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the user experience of a product from conception to launch in partnership with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into useful and valuable products for our internal and external users.
- You will engage with our platforms and their users to uncover pain and delight points and , identify unmet needs and opportunities throughout the User Journeys.
- You are passionate about understanding users and their needs, behaviors, and emotions. Your findings will help us to create delightful, intuitive, and innovative products as you will work on projects that will directly influence the product strategy.
- Design end-to-end flows and experiences that are simple and elegant
- Define, craft, and evolve designs within visual systems and/or standards Requirements
- 4+ years of demonstrated product design experience in direct collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders in digital products (both B2B and B2C experience is a plus)
- Extensive experience in designing and delivering best-in-class web and app experiences
- Experience adapting your designs across platforms and form factors, with an understanding of the opportunities and limitations involved
- Familiarity with wealth management and fintech space, and designing for global audiences \xe2\x80\xa2 Curious and proactive about understanding the needs of your users (both platforms and end-users)
- Team player, ability to engage and solve problems by leveraging competencies from your colleagues with different backgrounds and skillset
- Portfolio demonstrating user-centered design approach, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
- Experience working in an agile environment, ability to work from goals and figuring out the solutions as a team
- Operational experience in prioritization and time-management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
