Job Description
COREcruitment are currently partnering a global FMCG company, based in Dubai, who are looking for an Product Consultant to join their business.
The role will report directly into the CEO and you will ultimately be responsible for further developing both new and existing confectionary lines, from concept all the way through to launch stage (idea generation, concept development/testing, protype development etc).Ideally this person will have extensive experience producing & manufacturing wafer based products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing new and improving existing products from concept stage to launch stage.
- Completion of new products with specific timelines and execute all R&D activities connected to particular project.
- Responsible for process development & optimization.
- Pre-launch storage studies and shelf life studies of new product.
- Search new suppliers to source ingredients of RM & PM that complement our existing product range.
- RM & PM specification and selection & recommendation of packaging material.
- To coordinate with manufacturing for production and firming up process methodology and SOP\xe2\x80\x99s and ensure smooth scale up from lab to shop floor production.
- Liaising between production, marketing and quality assurance department to produce a desired product at an acceptable quality standard.
- Documentation and online modification of recipes, routing and formulas in ORACLE.
- Maintenance of COA and specification sheets of new ingredients in initial stages.
