Role: Product Compliance Manager - ME & EWA
Reporting To: Marketing Head - Professional Tools & Consumer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Geographic Scope: Middle East & East West Africa
Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with state or federal regulatory agencies to learn about and analyze the potential impacts of proposed policy regulations - ESMA, GSO / G-MARK
Review all regulatory agency submission materials to ensure timeliness, accuracy, comprehensiveness, or compliance with regulatory standards, ensure that products meet legislative requirements.
Provide regulatory guidance to departments or development project teams regarding design, development, evaluation, or marketing of products, outlining requirements for labelling and packaging
Monitor emerging trends regarding industry regulations to determine potential impacts on organizational processes
For product side, monitoring competitor activities and providing insights from the market from a product compliance perspective
The position is located in Jafza, Dubai.
Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor\'s degree in business, sales & marketing or related field.
• English language is a must, Arabic language is desired.
• Minimum 2-3 years in Regulatory Affairs / Product management role in GCC
• Strong communication skills.
• Have solution driven approach
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, have a proactive attitude & manage to handle uncertainties.
