Responsibilities (but not limited to):

Analyze data from shipping and delivery procedures to find any areas of improvement and other issues
Preparing and sourcing quotations to local and international hospitals
Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory keeping in view the lead delivery time and mode of shipping
Evaluate and report on KPIs
Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
Maintain supply chain inventory and records
Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes
Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to land more profitable deals
Has knowledge on Tatmeen process and new MOH rules
Filing of MOH circulars and making sure we are compliant with the guidelines

Requirements and skills:

Previous experience as a procurement / supply chain or in a similar field
Pharmacy degree is required (applicants who are not Pharmacist will not be considered)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office applications (outlook, word, excel)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Attention to details
Creative problem-solving
A strategic and analytical mind
Living in Dubai
There will be an assessment exam
