- Plan, organize, and oversee all purchasing department operations, ensuring streamlined processes and optimal performance
- Manage cross-departmental purchasing activities in close coordination with the Accounts Manager, ensuring efficient procurement workflows
- Enforce strict adherence to the company\'s procurement policies and procedures, promoting consistency and transparency in all procurement activities
- Review, compare, and manage products to be purchased, focusing on timely delivery and alignment with quality standards
- Procure high-quality products promptly, minimizing production costs and inventory expenses, thus enhancing customer satisfaction
