Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring that all products and services purchased adhere to company standards.

2. Improve pricing and terms of business with suppliers and evaluate opportunities to make business savings using negotiation and procurement methods.

3. Monitoring supplier performance and resolve issues and concern.

4. Accomplish and maintain business deals from clients that will help the company achieve sales targets.

5. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers.

6. Effective communication with both customers and suppliers to understand both needs and liaise accordingly.

7. Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory keeping in view the lead delivery time and mode of shipping.

8. Provide regular reports and updates
