Summary: To assist in the activity of procuring goods and services in support of Agility Kuwait. Process PR's, Coordinate with end user, Communicate with suppliers. Request and Analyze Quotations, Initiate Payment Requests, coordinate with Finance Responsibilities Use sourcing tools to ensure Agility obtains the best value. Identify new suppliers that meet guidelines and provide superior service to the Company. Timely and complete processing of any PRs issued by end-user and PO. Maintain Supplier relations Prepare monthly reports using Oracle System as required. In charge of monthly Savings. Obtain lowest total cost on procured materials and best terms considering the quality and warranty.
