Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and services.
Prepare and manage
purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements
.
Coordinate with project, design, and engineering teams to understand material and technical requirements.
Monitor supplier performance for quality, delivery, and compliance; implement corrective actions as needed.
Track procurement schedules to ensure
on-time delivery
for project execution.
Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, approvals, and vendor communications.
Assist project teams with documentation, submittals, and follow-ups on material approvals.
Support budgeting, cost tracking, and payment processing in coordination with finance.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
.
7+ years of procurement experience
, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
Strong knowledge of
UAE construction standards, supplier evaluation, and contract administration
.
Proficient in
MS Office
; experience with procurement software and AutoCAD is a plus.
Fluent in
English and
Mandarin is mandatory

Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
