About the Role:

Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Procurement Officer

to manage the sourcing and purchasing of medical supplies, equipment, and services essential to hospital operations. This role ensures timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement in support of patient care and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage procurement processes for medical, surgical, and administrative supplies Source reliable vendors and negotiate contracts Track inventory levels and coordinate with departments for supply needs Ensure compliance with hospital policies, budgetary constraints, and regulatory standards Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance

Qualifications:

2+ years of procurement experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of procurement software and ERP systems Understanding of healthcare procurement regulations and standards
