Position Overview
Procurement Specialist - Healthcare Clinics - Dubai, UAE will be responsible for managing purchasing activities for clinical and non-clinical requirements under the guidance of the Head of Supply Chain Management. The role includes negotiating contracts, sourcing vendors, processing orders, and ensuring timely supply of goods and services to support healthcare operations.

What You'll Do

• Negotiate pricing agreements and service contracts with suppliers
• Execute and follow up on procurement transactions accurately and on time
• Process invoices and purchase orders in compliance with company policies
• Identify purchase requirements for clinical and non-clinical items
• Source suppliers and evaluate vendors for goods and services
• Manage item returns and ensure smooth resolution with suppliers
• Ensure adherence to procurement procedures and reporting standards
• Provide customer-focused service and contribute to employee engagement

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related field
• Minimum 5 years of procurement experience within healthcare, ideally in a hospital setting
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
• Skilled in negotiation, networking, and supplier management
• Experience using supplier management or procurement software
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with ability to work with data
• Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage conflict and apply critical thinking in procurement situations
