Job Description
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Procurement Specialist to join our team! - As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting with the procurement process, including obtaining inquiries, price analysis, preparation of purchase orders, delivery and logistics arrangements, payment instructions and maintaining import tracking report and pre-shipment inspection. - You will also be responsible for sourcing, developing new products, price negotiation and market trend report.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement - Strong understanding of business processes - Strong math skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation skills - Strong organizational skills - Highly developed attention to detail - Strong analytical skills - Multitasking skills - Ability to work in a team environment - Ability to work under pressure - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
