Handle all purchase requests from running stores – which includes consumables & maintenance.
Provide administrative support for the procurement department.
Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders, quotations, sample for any new or existing orders.
Monitoring current inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries for office consumables – stationery & pantry supplies.
Maintain records for Annual Maintenance Contracts & ensure timely renewals.
Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
Job Requirements:
Applicant must have at least 3-4 years of experience in maintenance or projects procurement in retail
Should be Graduate or relevant education qualification
