Job Requirements:
- Handle all purchase requests from running stores – which includes consumables & maintenance.
- Provide administrative support for the procurement department.
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders, quotations, sample for any new or existing orders.
- Monitoring current inventory, ordering supplies, and scheduling deliveries for office consumables – stationery & pantry supplies.
- Maintain records for Annual Maintenance Contracts & ensure timely renewals.
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
Job Requirements:
- Applicant must have at least 3-4 years of experience in maintenance or projects procurement in retail
- Should be Graduate or relevant education qualification
