JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receiving and reviewing purchase requests from units, and ensuring all required approvals are completed before including them in the procurement plan.
- Preparing requests for price quotations or tenders using the approved templates, and publishing them via the government procurement portal.
- Participating in negotiation sessions to ensure the best commercial terms and required quality, and documenting negotiation minutes.
- Reviewing all documentation to ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and documenting any justified exceptions.
- Updating the monthly procurement dashboard (number of requests, value, cycle time) and presenting it to the head of department.
