Job Description

The Role

Collaborate closely with project managers and cross functional teams to ensure project milestones and objectives are met. o Track project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies. o Maintain project documentation, including schedules, task lists, and status reports. o Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. o Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational policies. o Maintain strong relationships with vendors, monitor supplier performance, and resolve any issues that arise. o Monitor orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with project timelines and specifications. o Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth order processing and delivery. o Create comprehensive reports on project status, procurement activities, and delivery performance for internal and external distribution. o Provide regular updates to project managers and senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and potential areas for improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. o Proven experience in project coordination and procurement, preferably within in aviation, Maritime. (Minimum 5 years of experience) o Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, or similar).
