JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Participate preparing the annual plan of the center in cooperation with the different sectors and working on the need in a timely manner
- Review contracts and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Implement contracts and impose fines according to the conditions contained in the purchase orders and send them to the Finance Ministry to take appropriate action
- Participation Communicate with suppliers, study and compare quotations and submit them for approval
- Ensure the capabilities of suppliers to meet the requirements of purchase orders, and the proportionality of quotations before approval
