Basic Function: a~ Responsible for the procurement activities to ensure profit of the Business Unit including but not limited to; locating key suppliers, negotiating companyaEUR(TM)s purchasing agreements, making sure that their materials and products meet companyaEUR(TM)s specification, supplier PO issuance, supplier data management and lead projects relating to ICV Optimization Plan. a~ Focuses on helping to optimize the P2P (Purchase to Pay) process through simplification and standardization to ensure that Purchase orders & Supplier invoices are approved in a timely manner, since a robust P2P function is a pre-requisite for a successful supplier relationship. Keep track of Account Payables. Responsibilities: a~ Develop extensive comprehension and procedural knowledge of the following, as critical factors to marketing and business development discipline. A Euro MechanicalaEUR(TM)s CRM Process and related tools A Euro MechanicalaEUR(TM)s organizational structure and company strategies A Euro Mechanical Brand and branding guidelines a~ Assist in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of internal process, building efficiency across business units, as part of the companyaEUR(TM)s Customer-Focus strategic plan. a~ Collaborate with the business unit focal points for the continuous improvements on acquiring & maintaining accuracy of data, preparing reports and dashboard needed by Leadership team, based on the system data. a~ Support the development of Standard Operating Processes & Key Performance Indicators across business units. a~ Assist in the development of financial planning and monthly forecasting based on CRM and ERP data a~ Develop a Vendor Database that will allow us to have a visibility of, but not limited toaEUR A Up-to-date vendor details, in line with CRM vendor naming, coding, identification, etc.; A Local vendors that are ICV certified; A International Vendors that has local set-up; A Group of companies; A Existing agreements with each vendor across business units; A Significant Contacts; and A Supplier Evaluation Results a~ Develop a vendor performance analysis to establish a Preferred Vendor List a~ Material Description Database to streamline the description of materials and automate the requisition system. This will allow us to have visibility of common requirements across business units, that we can use in negotiating the cost. a~ Develop a demand forecasting system based on the upcoming orders a~ Develop an Accounts Payable tracker / schedule / dashboard by aligning the order management and invoicing trackers and practices of all business units.
