Responsibilities:-
- The procurement of all maintenance material requirements within facilities maintenance services.
- The collation of tender documentation and competitive quotes for maintenance materials, order & invoiceprocessing
- The administration of all purchase orders for non-material (contract labour) requirements.
- The administration of annual service contract purchase orders.\xe2\x80\xa2
- Checking, storage, calibration, repair and issue of maintenance safety equipment.\xe2\x80\xa2 Invoice and order approval within Agresso.
- Regular liaison with suppliers, including discrepancy resolution.
- To update stores catalogue and produce statistical data as may be required, involving liaison with Facilities,resources, finance departmental staff including data processing.
- The creation and maintenance of a searchable archive of purchased materials, products and services.
- Regular liaison with Finance Dept regarding procurement controls, invoice payment/credit note queries,setup of new supplier accounts. Attend procurement team meetings as required
