Job Overview

• Procure office supplies, furniture, pantry items, and lease accommodations, warehouses, and yards
• Review and process purchase requisitions, draft service agreements, and issue purchase orders
• Conduct technical and commercial evaluations of supplier offers
• Execute procurement transactions and ensure compliance with ERP/Oracle system workflows
• Verify vendor deliveries, invoices, and contracts for accuracy and alignment with POs
• Track material deliveries, maintain supplier databases, and manage material logs for high-value items
• Coordinate with project teams and job sites to ensure timely and accurate procurement
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
• Ensure adherence to contractual, statutory, and taxation requirements in all procurement activities
• Support logistics and material flow coordination across departments and external stakeholders

Job Requirements
Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• 5-7 years of procurement experience in the construction or real estate industry
• ERP/Oracle systems experience is essential

Skills

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and vendor management
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with UAE leasing laws and vendor registration procedures
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Ability to handle multi-department coordination and project-based procurement
