Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement processes in compliance with company policies and industry standards
Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain vendor relationships
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely deliveries
Prepare and issue purchase orders and ensure proper documentation
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to meet project and operational needs
Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and local regulations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in the
oil and gas industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems
Knowledge of local and international sourcing practices
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
