We are looking for a

Manpower Procurement Executive

to join our team at

Fast Hire

. If you have experience in manpower procurement or talent acquisition and have a strong network in the UAE, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:



Manpower Sourcing:

Identify, source, and procure skilled manpower for various client requirements, ensuring a steady supply of talent.

Vendor/Partner Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, labor suppliers, and staffing partners.

Negotiation:

Negotiate terms, rates, and contracts with suppliers and candidates to ensure the best deals and compliance with company standards.

Market Research:

Stay updated on the latest trends and talent availability in the market to proactively address client needs.

Procurement Documentation:

Manage and maintain all documentation related to manpower procurement, including contracts, agreements, and supplier records.

Internal Coordination:

Work closely with the HR and recruitment teams to align on manpower needs and ensure timely procurement.

Reporting & Analytics:

Track procurement activities and produce reports to evaluate efficiency, costs, and performance.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience

in manpower procurement, talent acquisition, or related fields. Strong

communication and negotiation skills

. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

and other procurement software/tools.

Strong networking skills

with a focus on the UAE labor market.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
