Your Role:

As a Procurement Officer at Highbridge, you will be at the forefront of managing our procurement and logistic operations. Your role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities, including:

Strategic Supplier Engagement:
Identify and engage with potential suppliers through a thorough sourcing process.

Competitive Bidding and Negotiation:

Lead bidding processes and negotiations to secure the best value for our clients.

Vendor Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and reliability.

Database Management:

Oversee the maintenance of our vendor database, ensuring accuracy and relevancy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with various internal teams and external stakeholders, aligning procurement strategies with project-specific objectives.

Your Profile:

We are looking for a candidate who embodies the following qualities:

Strong Communication Skills:

Exceptional ability in both verbal and written communication, crucial for negotiations and stakeholder management.

Proactive Approach:

Ability to anticipate needs and challenges, and act effectively to address them.

Negotiation Expertise:

Demonstrated skill in negotiation, ensuring the best outcomes for the company and

its clients.

Language Proficiency:

Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in another foreign language, apart from your mother tongue, is highly advantageous.
